We are fast approaching the end of the academic year with school finishing at 12.30 on Friday the 24th July. A letter will be coming home shortly explaining arrangements for results day and also the start of the new academic year.
We have been really impressed with the work ethic of our Year 12's during their trial exam period. Results should be with students before the end of term. Whilst we are in the middle of another heat wave, can we please remind students that beachwear is not appropriate and flip flops are not allowed.
On Monday this week Southern University Network led two sessions with the students, Research your Options and Alternative Pathways to Higher Education - both sessions were well attended by students. Our Foundation Art students recently enjoyed a highly successful exhibition of their final work at Independent Arts. Looking ahead, we are eagerly anticipating the upcoming Fashion Show for our Year 13 Fashion students, which will take place this Monday at the very same venue.
Lastly, a quick reminder to all our Awards Evening nominees that the rescheduled annual Awards Evening will be held on Tuesday 14th July. We are very much looking forward to celebrating with you all there.
