We are now about to embark on the last week of this half term. It has really flown by, and I hope that you all have something lovely planned for the Half Term holiday.
Next week, the road outside of the college is going to be dug up for some vital maintenance. This means entry onto the site will be slightly tricky. The student entrance and main entrance will still be open, however you will need to navigate to them in a different way from Monday. Please see the two images below to help you work out where you need to go.
This week, we have had some amazing opportunities and events. On Thursday we visited The Bay Secondary School to be a part of their Careers Fayre. We also visited Year 11 at Medina College. We took these opportunities to promote our Open Evening on the 13 November - 5pm - 8pm.
Today is a very busy day. There are various events happening to support World Mental Health Awareness Day. We have Dr Lawerence coming in to give a talk around mental health and finally 40 students are off to the Ammex Careers roadshow in Brighton where they can make connections with Apprenticeship providers, universities and much more.
Attendance has dipped a little this week. Please ensure you are getting into College as much as possible. If your attendance is dropping below 90% you may be invited in for an attendance meeting.
Have a lovely weekend!
