We have scarily now reached the halfway point in the school term. It is hard to believe that in a short time our Year 13 will have completed their exams and be moving on from us. Mr Cody will soon be emailing out a list of Easter Revision sessions that will be available for students to sign up to.
This week we were fortunate to have the Sexual Health Clinic come in and talk to a group of our Year 12 students as part of our enrichment programme. Next week we have two enrichment sessions taking place: one on domestic abuse and a second one at the Guildhall looking at an exhibition on LGBTQ+ rights.
Can I take this opportunity to remind Year 12 about Parents Evening on 2 April. It is a really important event that allows for some valuable feedback. So, if you haven't arranged an appointment to come and see the teachers, please do. These can be made through Arbor, but if you are having trouble, please get in contact with the main reception.
Please raise awareness that applications for next year's Year 12 should be in by Easter in order to secure preferred course options. If you know anyone who has not yet applied, please encourage them to do so as soon as possible.
I hope you have a lovely weekend!
