We are now at the end of the Spring term and it has gone by so quickly, but has been filled with so many amazing experiences. We finished off this week with Year 12 Parents' Evening and had a fantastic 81% attendance. It was such a lovely evening with students being able to access post 18 providers as they begin to think about their next steps after VI Form.
Last night we held the Easter Fayre to raise funds for the trip to Mozambique and Eswatini. It was lovely to see so many student-led stalls; thank you to Mrs McCarthy for helping to spearhead this. Congratulations on raising £259.20 towards the trip.
Last week our Classics students had the most amazing experience exploring Athens and all of the ancient sites that they have been studying on their course. Thank you to Miss Lowthion for organising and leading this fantastic trip. You can read more about this below.
You should have received an email this week about the Year 13 revision sessions available over the Easter break. If one is on offer in your subject, please make sure you attend.
We had some great news this week about Ernie in Year 13 who has now been elected Councillor for the ward of Lowtherville on Ventnor Town Council. Congratulations Ernie.
We return for the summer term on Tuesday 22 April. We look forward to seeing you then for the start of the exam season! Have a lovely break and stay safe.
