Dear Students, Parents & Carers

This week, I was privileged to see both the STEM Club and a Duke of Edinburgh expedition preparation session, in action. The consistent commitment and dedication of staff together with lots of student enthusiasm makes for great learning opportunities. Many thanks to all those involved. 

Support for UCAS continues to be provided, but the deadline is looming! Student Services need to have received all applications by MONDAY 2 DECEMBER. (Apologies for the capitals and emboldening, but this is an important date!)

The Student Voice Team would like to remind everyone that the Christmas Quiz is on Thursday 12 December from 7 pm to 9 pm. This event is open to students, parents and staff. The proceeds will be divided between the Pyle Street Food Pantry and the Year 13 Prom. Tickets are available on the door and cost £3.00 for entry or £5.00 if you would also like a hot drink and a mince pie. Please come along and lend your support to this fun and enjoyable event.

Finally, VI Form Students can look forward to a delicious Christmas Dinner, served at lunchtime on Thursday 19 December. Tickets cost £3.00 and can be purchased from Reception or the Cafe. Please note that sales of these tickets will close on Friday 6 December.
