Chris Williams - Head of Year 12
As Head of Year 12, my role is to primarily ensure that there is a smooth transition from GCSE to A levels. This will involve supporting students with their emotional, mental and physical wellbeing as well as providing them with opportunities to assess their future pathways. Attendance and engagement in lessons will be monitored regularly alongside academic progress to allow for our high expectations to be met and the best possible outcomes. Finally, creating and fostering a community approach to enable students to feel welcomed and settled into college life.
Philip Stott - Head of Year 13
As Head of Year 13, my role is to look after the general well-being of the students in my year group. This involves providing them with the help and support that they need to fulfil their potential during the two years they spend with us. This could include careers and post-18 education guidance, ensuring that attendance is good and monitoring everybody's academic progress to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Donna Fincham - Student Services Manager
I am the Student Services Manager and my main role is to oversee the student services team, liaise with external agencies and monitor daily safeguarding concerns.
Joanna Schooling - Student Services Support Officer
My role as a Student Services Support Officer encompasses attendance, safeguarding, emotional and mental health support and signposting, along with support with university applications and career research. The role of our team is to help our students on their journey through VI Form and onto their next important steps, making sure they have appropriate personal and academic support to reach their full potential.

My role encompasses attendance, safeguarding, emotional and mental health support and signposting, along with support with university applications and career research. Mandy Means - Student Services Support Officer
My role in Student Services is to guide students through the UCAS process from start to finish.
Jayne Rockley - SEND
I oversee the provision of support for students with SEND as well as Physical and Sensory needs at the VI Form. The role includes liaising with parents, staff and external agencies to ensure that students with SEND receive the necessary support to thrive academically and socially.
Philippa Allen - PA to Head of School and Office Manager
My role is to organise VI Form events, oversee the operational organisation of the College and to support senior staff within the VI Form.
Tina Turkington - Reception and Admin Assistant
My duties at Reception include welcoming visitors and providing general support to teaching staff and students. This includes producing letters, timetable changes, updating contact details and helping with printing work. In addition to this, I undertake all the administrative work for new students who apply each year. Starting with receiving applications, arranging interviews and then onto preparing all paperwork for their start in September.
Cat Couzins - Examinations Officer
Within my role, I plan, organise and run examinations, from GCSE resits to BTECs and A-levels. I also facilitate agreed access arrangements. Outside of exam times, you might also find me helping with data tasks.
